I am writing tonight for those who may check in from time to time to read how Cami or myself is doing.
My my my, how time has changed things!
Cameron is just days away from entering first grade. First grade! I can't believe it even as I type it out twice. She still loves being outside, anything artistic or creative, singing, dancing and just enjoying life! She really enjoys taking on the role of a teacher during her playtimes. I would not be a bit surprised if I were to discover her area of study, once entering college, would be education or childhood development. On a weekly basis, my jaw to drop to the floor with some of her questions, thoughts and statements. For example, when she recently noticed the full moon out one night she remarked how beautiful it was then said, " aw man.... I missed the crescent phase!" I do so enjoy her mind. I hope she never loses her curiosity, zest for life, or creativity!
Cameron is now a big sister to not one but two baby siblings! Her little brother, Jaxon Steele was born not even two year ago. He has such spunk and is a true joy to be around. He follows Cami around wanting to do everything his big sister does. Being that he is still just a little toddler he doesn't know a lot of words. However, he certainly knows her and calls her by "sissy" and has for several months now. He is the sweetest boy, my best boy, in that he is full of so much love. He readily shares kisses and hugs with anyone an everyone. He is also a serious animal and insect lover. Sometimes I worry that he is too trusting and interested in animals that if ever I should turn my back he could get hurt. But that's just the protective mom side of my thoughts. I keep a close eye on my sweet little best boy. Jaxon and Cameron have a little sister now as well, named Alexandra Rose. We call her "babies" for short. That nickname caught on because Jax has pointed to her so many times a day for a few months now and called her babies, so it just stuck.
It's amazing to be mom to these three little individuals. They are all so similar in their affectionate and creative ways. They are also so very unique in their individual desires and personalities. There was a time recently after Alexandra's birth, I felt truly overwhelmed. Having two babies under two is no easy feat. But I recently found God and have learned how to better manage my life through His love and total support. My heart has released any resentment it has held in the past and I want to love and share it with the world. I'm currently learning as much as I can about God and the Bible. I'm also trying to find a church where I want to regularly attend for service. I am so enjoying teaching all three of my darlings about God and his unwavering love.
I had experienced so many intense trials and tribulations, without Him.
I thought I was strong and didn't need anyone or anything. I recently hit an extremely low point. One bad enough to change my views and even transform my faith into what it is today. The beauty in that breakdown was a truly humble and miraculous feeling. And that was opening my eyes and my heart to God. Accepting Him truly. In doing so I could see He was there all along. I was just not ready, nor open enough, to trust. Unfortunately, perhaps out of fear, I was also too stubborn to even see what was best for me! Having God in my heart and ever present in my mind has been the remedy and positive change I needed to grow up and be the good, responsible, loving and trustworthy woman I can now say I am. Please turn to God if you are reading this and don't have Him in your heart. Any hurt you hold will be released and then it will be replenished with self love and Gods love.
I have another blog I am starting to write on again. I want to share more of my unedited thoughts and even my experiences as I grow closer to God on it. I invite you to take a look at it as I won't be as committed to this one. Here is the link to what will be my most up to date ramblings:

I decided that this blog will remain up online for viewing because I don't want to erase some treasured times with my first child. I don't feel it is fair to update about for my two other babies as add-on's to a blog intended and titled for Cameron. I will try to check in and post from time to time, however.
In the meantime, thank you for being a reader, viewer, and lover of my precious daughter. Please accept my well wishes into your life and heart and know if ever there comes a time in YOUR life where you are lost- find Him. Turn to God. You will be found! I wish you so much love and luck and goodness in your personal journeys. I wish you also: faith, hope, and LOVE. The greatest of all being love! Thank you for any positive or loving thoughts you have sent our way. I posted some pics below over the past year of Cameron and/ or her two new siblings and I.
I leave you with this fact and verse:
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Phillipians 4:13)
PEACE, and love,
Lisa
